**What the role is**

JTC is the forerunner for Smart Facilities Management and has been appointed as the Centre of Excellence for Facilities Management (FM) to provide FM advisory to other public sector agencies.

**What you will be working on**
- Digitalisation and innovation is key in transforming FM. To do so, we are looking for individuals with a passion and knowledge for digital solution implementation and strategic planning. You will be part of a dynamic team that takes a proactive approach in driving technology enhancement to support and improve productivity for operations, develop and implement solution for improved management oversight as well as partner development and management. Responsibilties
- Analyse building data to derive insights and predictions for effective interventions by JTC’s Facilities Management (Operations) team
- Assist to establish and review IT architecture, standards, design and implementation approaches of existing and future systems used for facility monitoring, management and workflows
- Keep in pace with the latest data management and analytics tools and methodology

**What we are looking for**
- Background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent (eg. Project & Facilities Management/Building, Engineering, etc)
- Interest in data analysis and management
- Interest in IT project planning and implementation
- Able to work well in teams to drive outcomes
- Familiar with IoT Architecture
- Familiarity with either OPC, Modbus, BACnet, DALI, DMX, LoRA or DSRC will be a bonus
