As this nimble group continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Manager/Senior Manager to join the team. This role, as a Leasing Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for attracting and securing tenants for our warehouse properties in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in leasing and marketing warehouses in Singapore.
**Responsibilities**:
- Tenant Acquisition: Identify and target potential tenants for our logistics properties in Singapore. Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract a diverse range of tenants, including logistics companies, e-commerce businesses, and third-party logistics providers.
- Lease Negotiation: Lead negotiations with prospective tenants, ensuring favorable lease terms and conditions for the company. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to draft and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, market demand, and potential target industries. Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry dynamics to develop competitive leasing strategies.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote the available warehouse spaces to potential tenants. Utilize various channels such as online platforms, industry events, and partnerships to increase visibility and attract leads. Prepare marketing collaterals and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our logistics properties.
- Tenant Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high tenant satisfaction and lease renewals. Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis of lease proposals, evaluating the potential profitability and viability of leasing agreements. Collaborate with finance teams to assess financial risk and determine appropriate lease rates.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of leasing agreements, tenant information, and lease-related documents.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in leasing and marketing warehouses in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore real estate market, specifically in the logistics and warehousing sector.
