Queenstown, Singapore Econflo Systems Pte. Ltd. Full time

Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare Variation Orders, Claims, Final Accounts and Settlement
- Assist in establishing a client’s requirements
- Assist in tenders and spec sheets
- Pursue contractual claims
- Analyze delivery schedules and coordinate with purchasing and logistics
- Address site issues with contractors etc

Job Requirements:

- At least a Diploma in Quantity Surveyor, Constructions Building or its equivalent
- OR have 3-4 years experience in QS and project coordinating
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proactive, a good team player & able to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
