To be part of this family, join us as a Display Pricer in our fast growing APJ Consumer Display & Client Peripherals team. Operating in a competitive business environment, we need innovative pricing strategies, and as pricer you are responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating these strategies, conducting research and competitive pricing analysis, and monitoring the ongoing business environment to ensure Dell maintains a competitive market position

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure our Monitor price positions are aligned to our pricing strategy, overall business objectives (revenue, market & share targets), & product positioning in countries
- To support this, model and summarize the impact of changes in market prices, price positions, costs, currencies
- Together with the country brand leaders, develop full quarter product mix & promotion plans
- Within quarter, review performance of products, and recommend required price changes and get buy-in from key stakeholders
- Develop inputs for Channel/retail sales price, based on Omni channel pricing strategy and recommendations of Price proposal
- Give input to the product group team on developing the right product for our markets at the right cost
- Create Price proposals for new product launches
- Support Brand managers in discussions with the commercial CP Pricer as Topic Specialist

Essential Requirements
- End User Pricing experience across any B2C domain
- IT industry experience with displays and client peripherals, (i.e., Product Marketing, Sales, Brand management), preferably in consumer space
- 8-10 years pricing, marketing, merchandising, sales, sales support, or finance experience
- Strong analytical/problem solving ability and proficiency with creating models in Excel
- Ability to handling complexity using 80/20 approach
- Ability to transform data into insights into actions
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Independent pro-active self-starter with strong sense of ownership & accountability
- Ability to work independently with virtual & cross-functional teams across Asia
- Good verbal and written communication and influencing skills
