**A day in the life of a Brand Manager**
- Brand marketing: Actively plan and implement initiatives to grow market share for the total Nestle Breakfast Cereals portfolio.
- Manage the marketing mix of pricing, promotion, products and distribution to improve profitability and sales of Nestle Breakfast Cereals.
- Manage the internal processes within Nestle to support the implementation of agreed plans and initiatives.
- Work closely with CCSD (Channel Category Sales Development)/Key Account Managers and take a proactive approach to ensure the delivery of agreed targets and plans.
- To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
- To ensure complaince /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1

**What will make you successful**
- Degree graduate with 5 years experience in Consumer Marketing and/or trade marketing, or exhibits strong functional skill.
- Experience in managing a portfolio of FMCG brands, products and projects
- Managed independently under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals
- Has experience of working with cross-functional groups
