**Job Description**:
- Manage high-impact projects and initiatives.
- Support the CEO in enhancing organizational efficiency and prioritizing key tasks.
- Assist group leaders in navigating challenges and mitigating risks.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and an advisor to department heads.
- Participate in critical leadership meetings, providing insights on performance and issues, then communicate key information to departmental leaders. Collaborate with department heads to ensure action items are completed.
- Define and track operational metrics across departments, reporting these to the leadership team.
- Handle day-to-day tasks that require additional capacity, including coordinating projects with department leaders and managing business administration responsibilities.
- Assess the risks, costs, and efforts associated with new initiatives or special projects, then oversee and guide these endeavors to completion.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in project management, business administration, or executive support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any other field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage high-priority projects, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate risks, costs, and benefits of initiatives.
- Ability to think critically and provide strategic insights to the CEO and other senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with experience in navigating uncertainty and mitigating risks in a dynamic environment.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across different teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling day-to-day tasks that require quick decision-making
