Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for an integrated Senior Account Manager to join us.

As an integrated Senior Account Manager, you’ll have responsibility for running a portfolio of high-profile multinational brands, with services scope focused on communications, planning and media campaign implementation management.

There is frequent client contact. In this role, you will manage & oversee all aspects of client’s advertising to meet client objectives and be the primary point of contact for clients and other internal specialised units for your assigned accounts.

Measures of success
- In three months:

- On boarded onto the key accounts with full induction/training into all of the other facets of the business such as trading, specialised services (internal and within GroupM).
- Built good relationships with your team and helped them deliver even better work
- Gained the trust and respect of the clients

In six months:

- Established yourself as a trusted advisor with designated clients, as reflected in formal client feedback/review
- Managed and delivered effective campaigns and showed strategic leadership
- Be able to identify opportunities to drive innovation and efficiencies for the client

In 12 months:

- Become an integral part of the core team and a valued member of the agency
- The proof of your success will be clients’ satisfaction and increasing business profit / commercial results

Responsibilities of the role:

- Taking client briefs and managing them through planning through to buying, delivery and execution, to post campaign reports and billing
- Oversee and quality control of media monitoring, proof of performance, campaign optimization, and post-analysis to ensure client objectives are met
- Anticipate, review and present point-of-views on media trends, issues, developments, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of our client’s business
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with key media vendors and internal teams
- Managing senior executive or executive to ensure their continued development

What you will need:

- Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in a media or advertising agency
- Experienced in a client-facing role
- Comfortable on high profile accounts that require resilience and high EQ - e.g luxury, technology and finance
- Strong digital and performance background
- Analytical and calm under pressure
- Organized, operationally efficient, and passionate about advertising
- Looking for a new challenge and a step up in your career
- A positive attitude can take guidance and be proactive
