**Job Role & Job Responsibilities**:
**Role Purpose**
- To provide SME advisory support to the Regional LLP Lead, BD, operations, and Centres of Excellence (CoEs).
- To lead the value creation (VC) community in the region. To drive VC knowledge and best practice sharing, to develop and roll out VC methodology, framework, standard process, and toolkits in all Lead Logistics Provider (LLP) operations in the region.
- To lead a team and be responsible for value creation for regional accounts; namely IBM, Intel, Hologic, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish the VC CoE and continuously develop VC capabilities for the region such as supporting country LLP operations in building VC pipeline to achieve gainshare targets.
- Provide VC pipeline visibility of LLP operations in the region and share best practices amongst the LLP operations as part of VC community engagement.
- To build business intelligence and value creation as key LLP value proposition and differentiation by developing & implementing standard VC methodology, framework, toolkits, and PowerBI dashboards.
- To establish the best-in-class operation dashboard via PowerBI.
- To develop future BI and VC capabilities such as advanced analytics.
- To be responsible in the definition of the VC framework and encourage adoption by all LLP operations in the region.

- To drive a healthy VC pipeline in the countries and for the regional accounts.
- To promote PowerBI as the tool for business intelligence and be the Super User/Champion of PowerBI for the region.
- To provide a service to country LLP operations in generating VC pipeline to achieve gainshare targets.

**Job Requirements**:

- Significant experience within the logistics industry preferably in a LLP value creation role
- Proven track record of a regional LLP value creation role
- Good understanding of supply chain management and the key drivers of value creation.
- Experience in multi-country organizations and matrix management
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in change management & project management for medium & large sized projects on both tactical and strategic levels
- Strong business acumen
- A good understanding of relevant markets in the region
- Experience in large multi-country organizations and matrix management
- International business experience with ability to demonstrate good cultural awareness. Ideally in more than one country (other than home country)
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Working knowledge of PowerBI or equivalent
- Other relevant technical qualification - desirable
