**Responsibilities**
1. Responsible for optimizing creation tools for short video products, and promoting the optimization and creation of content ecosystem

2. Deeply understand the needs from creators, deduce the trend of content creation, formulate relevant product and strategies, and promote the implementation

3. Responaible for the optimization of end-to-end creation path, including fundamental experience, creation ability and content format

4. Through quantitative analysis and research on creation tools globally, discover users' needs, and identify the direction of content growth.

**Qualifications**
1. 5+ years of experience in the internet product/algorithm area; 3+ years of experience in the content community or content creation tool, familiar with creators, tools and content community; Good understanding of content and creation path

2. Has great enthusiasm for and a heavy user of video products

3. Comfortable working with a large amount of data, formulating hypotheses, locating root causes, giving solutions, and verifying results

4. Those who have global product experience are preferred
