**Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for product planning and optimization of TikTok Camera Beauty&Filter related features

2. Through quantitative analysis and research on users, discover users' needs around Camera Beauty&Filter realted features, formulate relevant product and strategies, and promote the implementation

3. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration and communication, work with R&D and Design teams to launch new products at high-quality standards.

**Qualifications**

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 1 year of experience in the camera related product area

2. Familiar with retouching products, sensitive about camera effect and industry trends, proficient users of camera related apps are preferred

3. Comfortable working formulating hypotheses, locating root causes, giving solutions, and verifying results

4. Good collaboration and communication skills, high stress resistance and good sense of ownership

5. Proficient in English reading and writing, international study or work experience is a plus.
