We are seeking a **Field Collections Officer **. In this role, you will be reporting under assigned Supervisor/Managers and responsible for contacting debtors to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and document communications while adhering to collections policies and procedures to achieve targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Debt Collection**:Personally contact debtors, negotiate payment plans, and maintain comprehensive documentation while adhering to collections policies and procedures to achieve collections targets.
- **Strategy and team**:Develop collections strategies, and work closely with the team and Supervisor to ensure targets and KPIs as set by Management are met.

**Qualifications**:

- This is for Junior position. 1 to 2 years of specialized collections experience in unsecured debt is preferred (e.g. personal and credit card loans).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets (knowledge of Google App Script is a plus).
- **Valid motorcycle license with own motorcycle
