**What the role is**
- You will be part of the Talent Development Team under the Human Resource Department, Corporate Development Division. You will be involved in the planning, developing, and implementing of the various talent management initiatives, human resource development policies and programmes to attract, retain, manage, and develop officers to build up their capabilities and to ensure a strong talent pool and a steady talent pipeline in MCI Family.

**What you will be working on**
- Talent Management and Career Development: o Develop, refine, and implement frameworks, policies, and initiatives for MCI Family, for example co-developing a competency framework and ensuring a structured learning and development roadmap to build a future ready and competent workforce within the MCI Family. o Oversee, manage, and facilitate deployment exercises such as postings and secondments to gain critical experiences and hone useful skills. o Manage and facilitate crucial conversations and discussions on Talent development and management across the MCI Family. Learning and Development: o Develop and execute strategies, policies, processes, and practices to drive capability building efforts and enhance staff development in MCI. o Plan, source, manage, organise, and facilitate learning and training opportunities for MCI officers to build core and leadership skills. o Select and nominate officers for key appointment roles and/or milestones training programmes. o Manage and administer key developmental opportunities through scholarship and sponsorship awards.

**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of Talent Management, HR Development, or equivalent areas. - Meticulous, with good conceptual, organisation, analytical and writing skills - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate well with both internal and external stakeholders
