Singapore SLS BEARINGS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- To handle order processing and expedite customers’ orders to ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as delivery orders, invoices, and other documents for air or sea freight arrangements.
- Liaise with internal departments to expedite the sales order.
- Perform any other admin duties as assigned
- Maintain a good filing system of customers’ history of buying from SLS

**Requirements**:

- At least GCE “O’ levels or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in customer service
- Possessing shipping knowledge on Malaysia Import and Singapore export is an added advantage
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
- Must be willing to work in Tuas

**Other details**:
Company transport provided from Choa Chu Kang MRT, Jurong East MRT and Woodlands MRT
