We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at À Ta Santé.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B wine sales and business development, primarily focused on selling wines to cafes, hotels, restaurants, and wine clubs.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the wine market segment.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients in the wine industry, particularly in retail, restaurants, and other relevant establishments.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of wines, particularly in French and Italian varieties, to effectively communicate product information and value propositions to potential buyers.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's clientele.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct wine tasting events and promotional activities.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the wine and culinary industry.
- Deep knowledge of wines, especially in French and Italian varieties.
- A strong network and contact list of clients in the wine industry, with a focus on retail, restaurants, and related businesses.
- Proven track record, experience and success in wine sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification of a diploma.
- WSET Level 2 certification in wines or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
- Experience in conducting successful wine tasting events.
