**Functional**
- Establishes systems and solutions to protect data corruptions, loss, leakages, intrusion, data flow control, unauthorized access and use as part of Cybersecurity coverage.
- Develop operating systems that drive strict corporate Governance and compliance with all software licensing agreement and use.
- Establishes and maintain ERP & IT policies, standards and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge on development of ICT and ERP systems and introduces new initiatives to drive organization efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establishes and manages department Goals and KPIs in accordance with business and operational objectives.

**Operational**

**Corporate Service Management**
- Engages and support stakeholders in service enquiry.
- Managesservice request Ticketing System (IT/ERP Request) and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide periodic management update on systems Health status and issues.
- Provide related trainings and understanding on use of ERP and ICT to stakeholders. Drive training effectiveness and to achieve user self-sufficiency on basic issues handling.
- Act as advisory to stakeholders on matters pertaining to ERP/IT.
- Supports SAP BASIS functions.

**Asset Management**
- Manages the issuing and control of computer systems and software licenses to approved users.
- Troubleshoot and recover network and systems outages. Identify perennial issues and proactively implement effective preventive solutions and minimize impact to the organization.
- Manage periodic data backup.
- Manages corporate IT asset including inventory accountability, procure and disposal.

**Project Management**
- Ensure clear and complete project documentation including user reference guide and training manual.
- Support Ad hoc projects assignment.

**Systems Management**
- Ensure and manages ISO27001 and J-SOX audits. Performs periodic internal audits to ensure the compliance of ERP & IT Policies and procedures.
- Maintain and test execution effectiveness of disaster recovery plan, BCP including retrieval of data backups.

**Corporate Services and Support**
- Supports subsidiaries offices on ERP and IT related matters including issues troubleshooting & resolution, network selection & integration.
- Participate in ERP & IT related projects delivery, solutions and requirements.
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experiences in managing ERP & IT department.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP) & IT Systems and infrastructure management including Cloud.
- Working knowledge on Business Intelligence, RPA and SAP S/4 Hana would be an advantage.
- Strong people and project management skill and dealing with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in ISO27001 and related IT audit compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional certification
