- Integrated campaign planning with a digital focus across APAC, MEA, LATAM markets
- KPI setting and alignment with client for media execution and respective trading platforms
- Resource planning, allocation, and workload management of the media team
- Oversee development, roll out, and adherence of media best practices across channels
- Accountable for overall operational excellence across paid media
- Escalation point for any media activation related challenges
- SLA management and commitment
- Annual planning, quarterly planning
- QBRs
- Team development
