Your role as the Quality Environmental Health and Safety (QEHS) Assistant is to support the QEHS Department to;
- Assist in Internal & External ISO Audits (ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001)
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance and conformity of the employees
- Maintain the Legal Register
- Maintaining DATA for QEHS trend analysis
- Develop and implement workplace QEHS promotions and initiatives
- Develop, Review & Monitoring of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (HIRARC) for all activities
- Investigate safety incidents and accidents, submit reports, recommend remedial actions and work with various stakeholders to ensure the implementation of corrective actions
- Develop training materials, documented information & conduct In-House training
- Develop Health & Safety promotions and initiatives programs
- Manage relationship between WSH Supervisor, Coordinator & Officer
- Attend meetings relating to QEHS
- Maintaining the Company's Safety Management System, Environmental Management System and analysis of waste management (3R)
- Conduct bi-annual Emergency Drills. (Fire, SGSecure & Pandemic)
- PPE & EHS stock monitoring and control of movement
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma (Field related would be advantageous)
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
- Prior experience in ISO & QEHS would be advantageous
- Able to manage and maintain QEHS management systems
