Provide general administrative and clerical support to site personnel
- Raise purchase requisitions for procurement of materials/services required by site
- Liaise closely with head office and suppliers on procurement/materials delivery matters
- Handle, manage and resolve conflicts, feedback and complains from public or residents pertaining to the project
- Assist on QEHS control of works as per the drawings and specifications, method statements, Works Quality Plan requirements and In-House EHS Rules & Regulations for the block(s) or area(s) he or she is assigned to;
- Responsible for accompanying the RTO / RE / Consultants during inspection, and ensuring compliance against client and CONQUAS requirements;
- Assist to oversees the concrete cube-taking process for the compressive strength tests, and ensures proper compaction and concrete curing conditions for compliance with the specified compressive strength requirements;
- Monitors concrete cube test results and maintains such laboratory test reports in file;
- Assist for processing and upkeep of timely inspection records, as applicable;
- Assist for QEHS corrective and preventive actions as requested by the Project Manager, WSH Officer;
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
