This position will report to the Corporate QEHS Manager and work collaboratively with respective HODs, and Project & Operations Managers. Interested applicant please indicate you current and expected remuneration, referees details in the resume.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the processes/ services and the documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality and easy-to-understand documentation and tutorials that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Assist to develop/ review new or existing policies, directives, guidelines and necessary collateral
- Establishment of QEHS plans which are adequate to meet customer requirements
- Coordinate and prepare meeting collaterals and preparing Minutes of Meeting
- Maintain the online Document Control System and act as the main document controller of the company, maintain, update, issue and assist the archival process of the integrated management system documentation.
- Perform inspections, audits and investigations, identify gaps and make recommendations for continual improvement and compliance.
- Track and maintain the customer satisfaction records, corrective & preventive action requests and continuous improvement records.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement
- Filing and archiving of records according to the retention period
- Any other matters as assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 - 2 years’ of relevant working experience
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Passionate in QEHS, equipped with good people relationship skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good time management, able to manage stress and work within timeline.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 22301 will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of QC tools, concepts & methodologies will be advantageous but not essential
- Attention to detail & demonstrate good analytical skills for problem solving & analysis.
- Being Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage
