Oversee all contract-related matters, including recommending contract awards, drafting Letters of Award and Contract Documents, supervising contract documentation, schedules, and project cost estimation, and analyzing cost comparisons for efficient project budgeting.
- Supervise and assess quantity take-offs, comparisons, and the process of awarding subcontractors/suppliers. Evaluate requests for variation orders, handle claims, and offer contractual guidance.
- Monitor contracts, negotiate final settlements, draft settlement agreements, and manage additional payment claims and Extension of Time (EOT) requests.
- Handle contractual claims resolution throughout project phases, ensuring timely submission of Progress Claim, variation claims, and finalization of the main contract's accounts.
- Ensure prompt issuance of Sub-Contract and Payment Response. Participate in monthly progress meetings, monitor and report on the status of contracts and procurement activities.
- Ensure subcontract commitments and milestones are met by coordinating with Project Team members.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supervise work progress, and provide mentorship, advice, and guidance to enhance the performance of the QS department.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Commercial Management/ Quantity Surveying
- At least 10 years working experience in **large scale projects **and minimum 3 years in managerial role.
- Possess strong knowledge of market demands and pricing Experience in the sub-contract award process.
