Singapore CS CONTRACTS & SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Department**: Commercial / Contracts
**Reports To**: Project Director

**1.**Commercial Management**:

- Lead commercial functions for one or more projects from start to completion.
- Ensure proper cost control, budget tracking, and commercial reporting.
- Manage and mitigate commercial risks, delays, and claims.Provide strategic input to project cost planning and commercial approach.

**2.**Contract Administration**:

- Draft, review, and administer main contracts and subcontracts
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions and deliverables.
- Issue notices, manage variations, and handle extensions of time (EOTs) and loss & expense claims.Prepare and respond to contractual correspondence and formal notices.

**3.**Cost & Budget Control**:

- Monitor project budgets and forecasts, ensuring projects remain within approved cost limits.
- Lead valuation of works, including progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts.
- Track cost-to-complete (CTC) and report on financial KPIs regularly.Lead value engineering initiatives with project teams to optimize costs.

**4.**Procurement & Subcontractor Management**:

- Oversee procurement strategy and tendering processes.
- Evaluate and appoint subcontractors and suppliers based on cost, capability, and terms.
- Negotiate and agree on commercial terms and scopes of work.Monitor subcontractor performance and certify their payments and variations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of standard contracts
- Commercial awareness and negotiation expertise. Experience in commercial interior fitout projects is a must.
- Autocad proficency is preferred
- Excellent communication skills. Able to work independently
- Critical thinking, analytical mindset, and conflict resolution
