**Your responsibilities as SEA Sport Leader:
**Set the direction of my sport(s) up to Year+3**
- I lead my network to evolve the sport direction (3 years planning) on a strategic level : Offer - Supply - Procurement - Merchandising
- In Offer, I compile and share the Sport trajectory by working closely with Hub Asia country network
- External factors: Sport and market trends, user motivation, understanding users persona and purchase behaviour, competitor analysis at typology level
- Internal factors :Country Major needs, Country Offer Feedback,, sales performances, range analysis, countries sport policy
- I build the offer road map(s) of key product typologies link closely with the strategic direction of the sport and illustrate with Decathlon or OIB products (Y+3)
- I work closely with the RS, we project the business Plan up to Y+3
- I share Hub Asia sport direction with Decathlon worldwide sport network.I challenge/align with Decathlon global sport director plan

**Define for SEA countries the best catalogue of products available (Y+1)**
- I become proficient in my offer performance analysis link to:

- Offer and range diagnosis / top flop
- Countries offer feedback compilation
- I consolidate countries input linked with BP up to Y+3:

- Sport business trajectory Y+1 link to their sport policy
- Product compliance follow up (upstream homologation with PE/PM + downstream with countries PC leader)
- I take decision to build my range and align with my RS and Merchandiser on BP / Range costing (Y +1) / Range Review to ensure
- Hub Asia Offer evolution Y+1
- Coverage of additional needs via OIB
- Range / model specific local adaptation link to countries sport policy
- I share with the country network the Y+1 offer selection documents for countries to meet the range choices milestone

**Commercialise my sport offer in SEA to accelerate the profitable growth**
- Coordinate the commercial actions of each countries with my sport project team
