Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary Technical Director to lead the technical development of coaches, athletes, and programs across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach Education & Development:
    • Design and implement a comprehensive coach education framework.
    • Provide mentorship, evaluation, and professional development opportunities for coaches.
    • Organize and lead workshops, seminars, and certification courses.
    • Develop a transparent coaching pathway.
  • Athlete Development & High-Performance Strategy:
    • Oversee junior national training programs.
    • Collaborate with national and personal coaches to design individualized training plans.
    • Ensure the effective integration of sports science, medicine, and technology into training regimes.
  • Leadership & Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a long-term technical strategy.
    • Work closely with senior leadership to identify key areas for growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in coaching education, technical leadership, and high-performance sport.
  • Demonstrated success in developing athletes and coaches for national and international success.
