Educational Aquatic Coach

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate aquatic coach to join our team. As an Educational Aquatic Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swim instruction to children aged 3 and above.

Your primary focus will be on developing essential motor skills, coordination, and athletic abilities in our young learners. You will work closely with our senior coaches to ensure a seamless delivery of our Epic Swim curriculum.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for sports and teaching. While prior swim experience is not necessary, all training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver swim instruction to children aged 3 and above, adhering to our Epic Swim curriculum.
  • Coach Swim Physical Education students according to our Epic Swim curriculum.
  • Attend our in-house training program and attach to senior coaches prior to coaching independently.
  • Provide timely feedback to parents on their child's progress and record student logs.
  • Attend regular workshops and courses to continuously improve your coaching skills.
  • Fulfill administrative tasks related to the program, such as meet entries, attendance reports, and student performance tracking.
  • Maintain a professional image as an ambassador of our brand.
  • Participate actively in our coaches' community.

Requirements

  • A passion for sports and teaching.
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated team player with an open mindset to learning and improving.
  • Required to attend our in-house training program and fulfill 52 hours of coaching practical attachment.
