**Responsibilities**
- Conduct research to support CIG senior management in the development of CIG’s organisational strategies, including strategies related to fund-raising.
- Maintain CIG suite of documents and collaterals to communicate these strategies. These could include corporate brochures, collaterals and presentation materials.
- Support CIG senior management to effectively engage potential donors. This could involve the development of collaterals for potential donors, as well as the establishment of robust systems and processes to receive funding and report on CIG’s commitments to donors.
- Support CIG senior management to oversee and maintain CIG’s key communication channels, especially CIG’s website, to ensure that they are current and relevant to CIG’s work.
- Support CIG senior management on any other cross-cutting organisational issues.

**Competencies**
- Able to understand and synthesise information from myriad different sources, and integrate relevant information in a coherent way.
- Able to build coherent narratives when developing communications materials.
- Adaptable and resourceful. As a small and entrepreneurial organisation, it is important for all CIG staff to take on new roles and responsibilities as the situation may require.
