**Trade Compliance Counsel - APAC**:

- Experience Level: Individual Contributor- Job Type: Full-Time- Location: Singapore - Singapore, SG- Requisition ID: 3716- Serve as the Qorvo counsel for trade compliance in the APAC region.
- Provide advice and guidance on trade compliance requirements, company policies and procedures to personnel in the region.
- Ensure appropriate coordination with other regional trade compliance personnel to align strategic requirements and objectives.
- Monitor regulatory developments and related geopolitical events that impact trade compliance and Qorvo’s business.
- Support development of working-level instructions to implement trade compliance requirements.
- Assist with HTS and export classification, determinations of country of origin, customs valuations, and support evaluations to minimize duty/tariff impacts on company operations.
- Participate in and/or lead investigations, audits or disclosures regarding the company's trade compliance activities in the region, and support resolution of those issues.
- Assist in the management and communication with government authorities on inquiries, investigations, government submissions, etc.
- Perform restricted party screening and transactions review, as needed.
- Deliver trade compliance training, as directed.
- Review trade compliance clauses in regional contracts.
- Assist legal department with other general compliance-related matters and investigations.
- Perform other duties associated with trade compliance or to support legal department, as may be assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor or equivalent degree with at least 5 -7 years’ experience with export control, sanctions and import/customs laws in APAC region and knowledge of U.S. export control and sanctions laws
- Fluency in** English and Mandarin**:

- Demonstrated skills in resolving complex business challenges
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, set priorities and execute timely to meet deadlines and strategic objectives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to anticipate problems and diffuse situations
- Background in semiconductor, electronics or related technologies is preferred
- Experience as in-house counsel for multinational company is preferred
