**Position: Senior Accounts Executive (Full Sets) (IMOS/Shipping)**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Primarily responsible for Full Sets of books and of preparation of month end financial results
- Responsible for month-end close process by preparing entries related to General Ledger (GL) as well as reviewing postings made by Accounts Executives relating to Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Responsible for accruals run via system every month-end
- General Ledger - maintains and updates the GL; prepares balance sheet schedules and ensures overall upkeep of the accounting system relating to exchange rates, accounting periods and debtors/creditors records
- Audits - Prepares all necessary schedules/reports as required by external/internal auditors, attend to their queries and prepare draft audited Financial Statements annually
- Support the review, implementation and improvement of systems, processes and controls
- Review cash flow projections every weekly
- Prepare draft replies to compliance queries from bank as well as handle KYC requests received from vendors/charterers
- Provide guidance to 1-2 Accounts Executives
- Work closely with Operations team based in Singapore and overseas offices
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification with at least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experienced in shipping industry or IMOS will be an added advantage
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
