**Job Purpose**:
Assist customers by meeting aircraft on tarmac, directing pilots to unloading area, towing/parking aircraft to assign locations. In addition, Ramp Agents assist customers by preparing aircraft for flight, servicing fuel, oil tanks, and other services as needed. Operate fueling equipment, Ground Power Units, and also perform Lavatory/ Water service. Also performs duties of the Ramp Agent I and Ramp Agent II.

**Responsibilities and Associated Duties**:

- Greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area. Provide lavatory and water service as requested. Operate ground power units (GPU).
- Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed.
- Assist with other customer service duties as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of fuel trucks and ground service equipment (GSE).
- Occasionally required to assist mechanics and maintenance.
- Perform other duties as required by Management.

**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**
- Education/Training: High School or equivalent.
- Work Experience: 3-4 years experience in Aviation preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver License.
- MS Office (Excel/ Word) Basic Level Required
- Good written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Contact With Others: Significant internal and external customer contact.
- Requires standing and walking on concrete/asphalt surface.
- Must be able to push, pull and lift a minimum of fifty pounds.
- Able to communicate and work in high stress environments and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
- Exhibit positive teamwork attributes; loyalty to the Company and fellow employees, a polished and professional appearance, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to embrace change with a positive attitude.
- Inside and outside work with changing temperatures and conditions.
- 24/7 operation with an unpredictable workload. As a result, duties may require occasional overtime.

May operate GPU, Tugs, Lavatory Carts, and Water carts.
