**_Scope_**
- This role is Client Service focused position with key focus in building client service standards and training.
- You will support to implement SG & ASEAN Customer Service strategy and help to adapt the Customer Service global policy to local specificities.
- You will plan, lead and implement projects and services to improve service flow & process together with market Client Executives & Repair platforms in the region.
- You will work with local Client, Commercial & Events teams to propose and roll-out relevant client treatments to support client satisfaction & enhance client experience.
- You will perform follow up action on the client experience survey and implement appropriate action plans.
- You are integral in providing support in Clients complaints management and perform direct follow up action if required.
- You will be responsible for building monthly reports with appropriate analysis and reporting.
**_Job Requirements_**
- You should ideally have a strong background and proven track record in similar capacity.
- Previous experience in watch & jewellery industry will be an added advantage
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with empathy and emotional control, able to collaborate and influence people
- You are result oriented, assertive, possessing project management skills
- Availability to commit for **1 year **contract role
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage
