Singapore International Baccalaureate Full time

**This is a **1-year fixed-term role **that can be based in either Singapore, US, UK or The Netherlands, with job description as follows**:
Performance Management System
- Responsible for the design, governance and implementation of the IB’s continuous performance feedback flow
- Responsible for review and improvement of the performance management system to ensure that its fit for purpose and align to IB Ethos
- Responsible for communication on the Employee Profile, its purpose, implementation and impact on employee development.

360 Feedback
- Responsible for the design and governance of an appropriate 360 Feedback Framework, aligning to IB Ethos and Employee Profile
- Support on-going communication and implementation across different levels in the organization.

Succession Planning Strategy
- Responsible to lead and execute on the succession planning strategy focused on Hay Grade 18+ and roles identified as “critical” within the IB. This necessitates the periodic inventory of talent and high-performance/ hi-potential designations and validation.

Career Path Framework
- Responsibility for job and career progression policy and protocol to promote in-role effectiveness and career advancement. This process requires ongoing maintenance and updating.
- This would include development of critical talent career paths, job title framework. leadership competency framework and assessment

Policy, Technology and Project Leadership
- This role is accountable for the execution of all policies related to performance management framework - Performance and Development Review, Employee Profile, Succession Planning, etc.
- IB’s HCM system and corresponding module are the responsibility of this role to perform as an internal superuser in all global centres.
- Ensure that communications are done in ongoing fashion to HR, IB leadership and IB staff as appropriate.
- To be the Go-to person for all matters on performance management related issues

**Requirements**:

- Possess Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or ideally a Master of HRM.
- Significant working experience in the field of HR, ideally in a global context and/or non-profit area.
- Experience in a HR specialist role responsible for global implementation.
- Within a larger representative multinational this can be jobs such as a HR business partner with expertise in talent management, job evaluation systems, talent development or organizational effectiveness,
- Knowledge in General HR practices, Project Management, Vendor Relationships (at the operational level), Policy Development, Process Engineering, performance management design and evaluations.
- Ability to build HR strategy in the Talent Management space and communicate effectively.
- Experience with the following tools is ideal: Oracle HCM, talent management systems, survey platforms, Microsoft office
- Strong project management skills to develop and monitor multi-year projects.
- Demonstrated strengths required in motivating and influencing users of Talent Management protocols and tools.
- Excellent negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with high degree of confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills with cultural awareness.
