Founded in 2015, Pico focuses on VR/AR products development, aiming to provide superior XR experience through excellent products and eco system.

**About the Sales Team**

**Responsibilities**

1) Responsible for all marketing related strategy, task that includes PR communication, managing social media, advertising and initiatives to improve branding impression plus reputation, and manage the agency.

2) Drive high-quality content around product function selling points and usage scenarios, formulate a message house for product listing and be responsible for the volume and exposure of product listing, to achieve the goal of converting heat into traffic and diverting traffic to online and offline stores.

3) Fans and KOL management, by creating our own KOL/KOC matrix, enhance product and brand exposure, harvest market reputation, and cultivate users' minds.

**Qualifications**

1) Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years of marketing work experience, and familiar with MKT operation system.

2) Familiar with local media and agency system, understand local user habits in South East Asia

3) Experience in trading major product launch projects of consumer goods is preferred
