Job Scope:

- Build and maintain working relationship with overseas agent including select and recommend new agent
- Identify new agent to work with and correspond with overseas agent.
- Identify new agent to work with and correspond with overseas agent on Agency matter for Global Container Freight.
- Identify existing overseas agent contribution, network coordination
- Monitoring new Agent code creation in our CW1 system, including agent’s background checking.
- Build and maintain working relationship with overseas agent including select and recommend new agent when necessary to BD team
- Report and handle regional office’s Agency Agreement matter.
- Renew yearly liability insurance policy
- Assist on direct customer’s supply & shipment arrangement when necessary, existing customers
- Handle marine insurance claim, including cargo claim and Liability claim
