**Position Purpose**

To be a part of Finance department to assist with the processing of the group’s global payroll and all related statutory and reporting obligations. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, this role will have responsibility for regional payrolls, benefits and leave management along with providing reporting and month end assistance to Financial Control.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Preparation and payment of the monthly payrolls for the UK and Singapore offices, including all adjustments, new starters, leavers, and one-off payments.
- Cover for other locations payroll including Australia, Cyprus, and Dubai
- Preparation, submission and payment of all statutory reporting and taxation related to payroll - Reconciliation and substantiation of all payroll-related accounts in the GL
- Primary point of contact for the group payroll providers for the UK and Singapore offices
- Review, maintain and improve payroll processes and functions including assisting the implementation of the new global payroll system
- Collection, preparation, and analysis of audit requests from the external auditors related to payroll
- Managing and processing all payroll related ad hoc requests
- Assisting Financial Control in their reporting as required including month end
- Assisting the Financial Control team in ad hoc tasks as required

**Essential Criteria**
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting/payroll.
- Qualified accountant.
- Global payroll experience.
