**About our Client**:
Our client is an all-in-one optimisation system tailored specifically for the Ready-Mix Concrete and Cement Industry. It is scalable software-as-a-system (SAAS) that optimises supply chains for cement and concrete companies.
As a Business Development manager, you play a key role in building up a strong business development function.
**Responsibilities**:
- Formulate and implement business development, marketing and sales strategies that can generate new business opportunities
- Identify and engage potential business partners, including negotiating commercial terms
- Undertake pricing and business value analysis, in view of industry and technology trends
- Facilitate campaign pitch materials and logistics
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or management or equivalent work experience with 5+ ERP large scale enterprises
- Proven track record in delivering the full project life cycle, with work experience that involves pre-sales, technical consulting, solution design, planning, deployment and management
- Successful track record in sales and negotiation
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting and budgeting
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong team player
- Overseas travel required
**Salary**: $15,000.00 per month
