**Senior Advertising Sales Director**

**About the job**
Join TechStorm to drive our brand further to 100 million esports and tech fans across the world. Be part of a vibrant start-up culture that is driven by passion to impact the world of Asian esports to a global audience.
Responsible for
- Ownership and accountability for reaching and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual **advertisement sales **targets.
- Identifying new business development opportunities and key areas of **advertising growth **to support the attainment of the quarterly financial goals.
- Building strong excellent working relationships with advertising brand, media buying agencies, digital agencies & sales reps.
- Selling **integrated Advertisement Sales Portfolio **including (not limited to) digital, social, regional broadcast and event sponsorship.
- Grow key accounts across markets and industries.
- Leadership of **Advertisement Sales team **including identifying and sharing best practice across the territories and responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
To qualify
- Must be proactive, aggressive, ambitious, goal-driven, go-getter with proven tangible results and negotiation abilities.
- Over 10 years of solid advertising sales track record and have working experience across a minimum 4 territories and preferably have worked in multinational companies with no less than 100 headcounts.
- Willing to think creatively in a Start-Up work culture to address customers’ needs.
- Must be willing to travel regionally.
- People-oriented to initiate, manage, develop relationships with direct clients & brands.
- Preferably bachelor’s degree, strong written and spoken skills in English language plus one Asian vernacular.
