**Job Description**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle full sets of accounts (i.e. AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets) and assist in the preparation of monthly financial statement for reporting for management and HQ.
- Prepare and analyse the firm’s budget and forecast.
- Prepare monthly accounts including journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations on a timely basis.
- Accurately prepare monthly management reports and analysis on variations.
- Support GST and regulatory filing.
- Prepare and ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- Prepare required schedules/report for annual audit and tax (i.e. corporate tax, GST and Transfer Pricing) purpose.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**
- Diploma/Degree holder, preferably in Accounting or related field.
- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment with an entrepreneurial mind-set.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive and influence change.
- Comfortable communicating with senior management.
- Effective design and procedural writing skills.
- Hands-on approach. strong analytically, implementation and follow-through skill.
- Independent and meticulous.
