**FUND OPERATIONS MANAGER**

We are an independent, financial services group headquartered in Singapore, currently licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to conduct the business of fund management in Singapore.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage and review relationships with the firm’s service providers - custodian, banker, brokers, fund administrator, auditors, legal counsel, corporate secretary, IT support, accountant etc.
- Daily trade and cash reconciliation, follow up on settlement issues

Corporate actions:

- Coordinate with all stakeholders including investor representatives for all operational matters.
- Familiarity with fund documentation and a high level of professionalism to facilitate the effective operation of the VCC structure.
- Assist in due diligence questionnaire & regulatory report testing.
- Assist in brokers related matters such as on boarding and set up.
- Cash management of fund operations including subscription, redemption and daily cash flow.
- Fund accounting (equalization), review daily / monthly and Quarterly NAV reports
- Preparation and timely submission of internal reporting of financial data.
- Assist in fund and firm audits
- Investor, client relations & due diligence support
- Client on boarding support - oversee AML/KYC
- Risk management, compliance & regulatory support - FATCA/CRS/MAS/CIMA
- Identify and help solve critical local accounting, reporting and operational issues
- Assist in other duties that are assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations in a fund management company, fund accounting and compliance knowledge in asset management.
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail.
- Detail oriented, resourceful and able to work autonomously as well as in teams.
- Proficient in Bloomberg, Portfolio Management System and Microsoft Excel will be preferred
- Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
- Good communication skills, both written, spoken in English and Mandarin.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
