**Your responsibilities as Country Events Lead**:
1️⃣ Design & Execute Event Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sports event strategy that boosts brand awareness, store traffic, and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage flagship events and integrate experiences within stores and community hubs.
- Innovate with new event formats like livestreams and hybrid experiences to maximize reach.

2️⃣ Build Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage key sports partnerships to enhance event offerings.
- Develop strong relationships with sports federations, community leaders, and corporate sponsors.
- Secure sponsorships and collaborate cross-functionally to align events with business goals.

3️⃣ Execute & Manage High-Impact Events
- Oversee all aspects of event logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution for seamless experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement event communication strategies for maximum visibility and engagement.

4️⃣ Measure & Optimize Event Performance
- Track and analyze event success using key performance indicators and audience feedback.
- Generate post-event reports and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Experiment with new event concepts and marketing techniques to drive higher engagement.

**Requirements**:
**Hard Skills**:

- Proven experience in event strategy, planning, and execution (large-scale events a plus)
- Strong project management and ability to handle multiple timelines and budgets
- Expertise in marketing, digital engagement, and partnership development
- Familiarity with event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Trello) and analytics-driven decision-making
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s retail, sports, and social media landscape
