Your Team, Your Impact

As a key CAD member of Marvell Central Engineering, you will play a leading role on developing next-generation automated design flow and its add-on tools. You will have the opportunity to use your extensive design and CAD knowledge to participate in defining the whole organization's design infrastructure, methodology and workflows.

What You Can Expect
- Process Technology Evaluation: Assess and benchmark process features, metal stack selection, process variants, and device choices to ensure optimal performance for Marvell products.
- PPA Studies: Conduct in-depth process node-to-node and across-foundry Power-Performance-Area (PPA) evaluations to support technology decision-making.
- PDK Benchmarking: Regularly evaluate updates to Process Design Kits (PDK), identifying key issues that impact design effectiveness and performance.
- Design Verification & Porting Guidelines: Identify emerging design verification needs and provide comprehensive guidelines for design porting.
- Innovative CAD Methodologies: Lead pioneering research on novel CAD methodologies to overcome design challenges, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in design automation and quality.
- Thermal Flow Build-Up: Complete SoC-level thermal flow simulations (N3P, N2P, A16) and transfer results to AMS CAD and ASIC CAD teams for production use.
- Reliability Design Standards: Identify design reliability issues and develop company-wide IP/SoC standard reliability signoff guidelines to ensure product robustness.
- Device Performance & TCAD Simulation: Utilize TCAD simulation tools to study device performance, guiding technology decisions and design choices.
- Technology Consultation & Support: Provide expert technology consulting to design teams and support design activities related to process technology inquiries and debugging of design issues.
- SPICE Model Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and quality.

What We're Looking For
- Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing and device physics.
