**Job Responsibility**:

- Develop and optimize RFSOI devices to meet scaling, performance, reliability, and manufacturability standards.
- Design device pcell, create test structures, and manage tape-out processes.
- Conduct extensive process and device TCAD simulation using various techniques to optimize device performance and ensuring reliability.
- Device characterize and analysis using DC-IV bench tests.
- Collaborate with modeling & PDK teams for design enablement, model validation, and pcell enhancements.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics.
- Preferred lab or industrial experience in TCAD device development.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and design principles.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technology nodes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to manage projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with experience in cross-functional team environments.
- Experience with advanced RF SOI CMOS technologies is advantageous.

**Required Skills**:

- Solid knowledge of semiconductor device physics and transistor characteristics.
- Hands-on experience in:

- TCAD (process & device) simulation and calibration.
- Industrial EDA environments (Cadence, Mentor, Synopsys) for layout creation.
- Proficiency in device characterization, data analysis, semiconductor device modeling, and TCAD simulation tools.
