We're seeking a highly skilled engineer to innovate our next-generation power management ICs. This role utilizes advanced TCAD and simulation tools to design, optimize, and virtually prototype BCD processes.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have expertise in BCD device physics and semiconductor fabrication processes. Hands-on experience with commercial TCAD software is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new BCD technology nodes using TCAD tools, modeling and optimizing device structures and process flows to predict and improve performance, collaborating with design teams for Design-Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO), and validating simulation models with experimental data from wafer fabrication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor technology development with a focus on TCAD.
