**Senior Executive, Captive**

Aon is currently recruiting a Senior Executive to join the Captive Management team based in Singapore.

**What the day will look like**
- Manage the insurance and claims of a portfolio of captives which includes:

- _ Collaborate with brokers on renewal programme and working with brokers to finalise renewal and policy documentations on timely basis_
- _ Prepare and issue appropriate policy documents and invoices/closings, if required_
- _ Ensure all premiums booked are correct and meets premium due date_
- _ Ensure claims fall within policy terms and conditions_
- _ Work closely with adjusters/lawyers or appointed claims managers throughout management of claims_
- Liaise with other members of the client servicing team on premiums (including their collection), claims reserves and provisions, in line with the client’s loss reserving and accounting policies.
- Provide reporting to the team Finance managers in line with their monthly requirements
- Perform reporting to Board of Directors, Underwriting and Claims Committees, Client Insurance/Risk Managers on insurance/claim matters and attend to their queries
- Provide support and complete ad hoc tasks for your Manager
- Ensure all services are provided on a timely basis and in accordance with any guidelines as agreed
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the client’s business together with a strong working relationship with their insurance personnel, their insurance broker and other service providers they use

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in insurance/broking industry
- Minimum Diploma in General Insurance or any degree
- Good knowledge in insurance and claims is essential for this role
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Access)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to multi-task with good time management skills
