The Growth Marketing Intern will be part of the regional marketing team, who will work closely with our Partners, Creative, and Data teams. You will support the launch of marketing strategies and growth of our suite of innovative insurtech products based on data analysis and creative ideas. You will get to work on differentiated marketing channels and platforms to grow the business to achieve success.

**What you will do**:

- End-to-end planning, development, implementation and coordination of marketing campaigns
- Work closely with partners and creative personnels to roll our campaigns for customer acquisition and user engagement.
- Liaise with other country team members and creative/asset creators to ensure end to end implementation of marketing campaigns and branding assets.
- Make data-driven decisions utilizing internal tools, to measure and optimize channel/ campaign effectiveness.
- Ideal Profile
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing or Mass Communication related field is preferred
- Creative, resourceful and digital savvy
- Has some knowledge or exposure to website CMS platforms such as WordPress or Elementor
- Able to analyze data to derive insights into marketing strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Background or interest for working in a dynamic environment, willing to learn and adapt to new ideas

**What you will need**:

- Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months
- A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual with strong performance record
- Comfortable with data analysis and has experience/ good ideas creating campaigns
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
- Not afraid of learning new skills and always open to explore working on various aspects of marketing
- Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
