**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
- Develop a comprehensive business plan covering revenue and expense controls to manage organizational sales effectively.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
- Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and continuous education on service knowledge.
- Build and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
- Present realistic budgets and forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
- Proven track record in "business-to-business" sales, with at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the transportation, logistics, or warehousing industry.
- Competent in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close business wins.
- Success in developing sales plans and analysing the profitability of prospects, coupled with analytical and numeracy skills to review operational and financial data.
- Proficient in customer relationship management, with the ability to develop strong business relationships at all levels, including senior executives.
- Effective leadership, management, and motivation of a sales team.
- Must possess own vehicle.
