TikTok seeks an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market and growth for our advertising solutions in Korea. We are looking for someone who is passionate about identifying problems and building solutions that help our clients grow their businesses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own product GTM and adoption for all of TikTok's advertising solutions in the market;
- Responsible for defining product positioning, implementing go-to-market and conducting inbound for the market;
- Ensure a market first approach is taken in all go-to-market, identify opportunities to make vertical based recommendations and scale these across the sales team;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute regional programs and initiatives to drive adoption of key products and solutions;
- Act as the voice of the market in product; synthesise market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions;
- Represent TikTok's advertising solutions externally, develop relationships with key accounts and participate in industry events;
- Contribute to APAC and Korea product growth strategy, advising leadership team on market opportunities and guide decision-making process.
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years experience working within media in a marketing/product marketing/product strategy or relevant capacity;
- Previous experience building and leading teams;
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes;
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change;
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills;
- Commercial mindset with experience building data-driven business cases to drive strategic product and business investments;
Preferred
- Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem;
- Deep understanding of direct response and brand advertising.
