Taizjo is seeking a Part-time (flexi hours) Social Media Associate (preferably someone with experience in handling influencers) for a 7 month term.

Scope of work:
1. Influencer outreach (estimated 4-5 hours a week)
- to achieve at least 2-3 influencer postings a week (10 mentions a month), -preferably half to be posts or IG reel if possible
- ideally, to have one influencer giveaway a week (4-5 a month)
- TIkTok influencers - can consider to have at least once a week posting, for us to reload their content on our tiktok with credits

if possible, can extend to Malaysia and Australia (depending on who you manage to identify)
- update influencer database sheet as and when items are sent to ensure records of gifting and outcomes are kept for future reference

2. Social Media postings (estimated 1.5 hours a week)
- mix of pre-exising product photos and influencer photos (being generated from 1.)
- around 3 posts a week, 3 stories (alternating) / reposts of influencer stories
- share key trends with Sarah X. to shoot IG Reel / TIktok (at least once a week for Sarah X. to create)

3. EDM Scheduling (estimated 1 hour a week)
- current intern is developing creatives and promotion codes for until August sends, can look into how to create for year end
- Scheduling of weekly promotional EDMs to leads and customers using Omnisend
- EDM Creation for September onwards

4. Contract Term
- June to Dec

5. Remuneration - $500/month on part time flexi hours basis

Should scope increase or change, remuneration can be rediscussed accordingly.
