Singapore ALBA E-WASTE SMART RECYCLING PTE. LTD. Full time

**Overall accountability**:
The Social Media Executive shall be the main coordinator to support the Company on all platforms of outreach, physical, electronic and digital relating to E-Waste and E-Waste Recycling. Besides graphics design, the incumbent shall actively engage with the public (communities, companies and schools) to plan, organize and conduct periodic awareness programs, talks and events both at site and on social media platforms and shall be responsible for all outreach programs. The job entails liaising with the public, NEA and schools and GROs and be the main coordinator of ALBA to the public on matters relating to E-Waste. The incumbent shall be expected to work on occasional weekends due to the nature of outreach campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule & develop community & school awareness campaigns, programs, online events, seminars and webinars
- Design graphics, videos and creative content to post on the various platforms of communication both internally and externally including but not limited to facebook, IG,X, TikTok and the like.
- Monthly Report on community awareness, education programs
- Develop & deliver Education Programs with external stakeholders
- Liaise with Education Institutions, NEA and other government bodies
- Onboard Partners and Users for STEP UP Sustainability App
- Collaborate with Operations on Collection Drives

**Job Specification**:

- Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing / Environmental Studies
- Excellent Communication skills with Proficiency in English and other Asian languages for outreach purposes
- Preferably with proficiency in additional local languages will be an added asset
- Experience in Public _Relations _work on the ground and in social media will be advantageous*
- Great passion and practitioner relating to recycling and sustainability
- Willing to work on weekends occasionally
