SAP Basis skills:

- Experience with SAP BASIS & HANA administration, SAP S/4HANA migration, Microsoft Azure administration.
- Manage system performance, upgrades, corrections, and transport management (CTS/TMS), client and landscape strategies, batch scheduling
- Provide technical upgrades functional and technical enhancements
- Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP related software products
- Maintain HANA database, perform patch and service stack upgrades
- SAP XI including the installation of adapters provided by SAP and external partners, configuration of the required system connections to partner systems and activation of basic XI monitoring
- Perform SAP Software Installation, maintenance and administration of UNIX and Windows based servers running SAP FI/HR/SRM/Portal, Solution Manager, Fiori, Hana, Gateway, SAP Cloud appliances)
- Daily monitoring, administrating, troubleshooting and tuning of all SAP systems

Project Management Skills:

- Managing end-to-end SAP upgrade project, including project planning, mobilization, issue & risk management, stakeholder management, status reporting, project financials, communications, etc.
- Engages with stakeholders, onshore and off-shore team members to plan and execute the SAP S/4 HANA Migration projects.
- Develops project management methodology and best practices, overseeing the adaptation and implementation to establish IT project management framework to support overall SAP Basis objectives
- Manages the development of project management policies and procedures in the organization, ensuring clear and consistent approach is in place, where project risks are managed to the acceptable level
- Manages the administration of project submissions and approvals through the agreed prioritization and approval process, maintaining the pipeline for the approved projects
- Collates qualitative and quantitative information on project performance in the preparation and generation of project milestone reports for internal management purposes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree from any reputable organization.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP BASIS, with a blend of project management, implementation and support experience.
- SAP HANA: Practical experience with SAP HANA and associated technologies.
- Netweaver Products: Exposure to Netweaver concepts and products such as S/4HANA, Fiori, SolMan, Enterprise Portal, etc.
- Certifications: SAP certification is preferred.
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of OS (AIX, Linux, Windows) and databases (DB2, Oracle, HANA, MS SQL, Sybase/ASE).
