**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the system administration of the Group’s SAP systems, SAP Backup system, EASY archiving system, and VMware system
- Provide SAP Basis Administration request and support to the local System Administrators and in-house SAP consultants towards operational activities, including the troubleshooting of reported issues
- Provide technical advice and support on VMware system administration towards virtual system-related issues, including the evaluations of hardware and software solutions prior to implementation, and creation, setup, and commission of new virtual machines
- Carry out necessary activities including annual testing, upgrades, patches, backups, daily maintenance, and checkup of the systems to ensure smooth functions
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Group IT policies, standards and practices
- Participate in new IT projects implementation

**Job Requirements**
- Degree/Diploma in IT-related discipline with at least 5 years of experience in similar capacity
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Work well in a team environment
- Good understanding of SAP system, and experience with SAP Basis is a must
- Possess good project management skills and able to keep track of assignment timeline
