Client Care Service Executive

**Position: Client Care Services Executive**
You will provide an important and integral client services role to our team of corporate secretarial services professionals ensuring that the team functions efficiently and effectively, meeting their KPIs consistently, as they perform their various duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and meeting rooms.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Distribute ID cards (EP cards) to clients and their staff.
- Filing of scanned mails according to the companies
- To assist to key in mail collection index
- To create invoice or Courier Deposit and monitor invoices and update in the system
- To handle mailing of letters and packages to clients as needed.
- Coordinate with couriers, delivery, and dispatch personnel.
- Process orders for office supplies, paper, and pantry supplies and maintain records of inventory and reorder as necessary.
- Accurately input and maintain data records.
- Perform various other duties as assigned by the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in any relevant field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen learner who possesses service leadership skills that portrays service professionalism in attitude and appearance.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when addressing issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Customer service attitude and the ability to interact with clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and helpful manner.
